I purchased 1 month worth of credits in the standard subscription plan. Fast foward to today, Conceptiviz team tells me that my credits expired. How?

It shows good diagram in the beginning, then after suscribed, it always no diagram or illustration even as a simple task. Legitimately scam app!!!!
