I purchased 1 month worth of credits in the standard subscription plan. Fast foward to today, Conceptiviz team tells me that my credits expired. How?

I uploaded two diagrams that share concepts in one box, and asked it to combine them - it seemed to ignore the second image.

It shows good diagram in the beginning, then after suscribed, it always no diagram or illustration even as a simple task. Legitimately scam app!!!!
